Growing instructions

Pre-cultivate in March–April. Sow the seeds in moist seed-starting soil and cover with a thin layer of soil or vermiculite. After germination, place in a cool and bright location. Transplant if necessary into a slightly larger pot with nutrient-rich soil when the roots have reached the bottom of the pot. Plant out after hardening off when the risk of frost has passed.

Can also be direct sown when the soil has warmed and the risk of frost has passed. Water the soil before sowing and keep evenly moist during the germination period.

Sowing depth: 0.5-1 cm
Germination time: 10-20 days
Plant spacing: 40 cm
